Huawei is launching its Mate 30 series on September 19 in Munich, Germany. But from the looks of it, the company will also release the Huawei P30 Pro smartphone in new paint jobs at IFA 2019 in Berlin.
The new colours of the Huawei P30 Pro will be Mystic Blue and Misty Lavender both of which have been spotted across multiple online stores, reports GSMArena. Unsurprisingly enough, there are no pictures of the new P30 Pro colour variants.
Previously it was reported that Huawei is working on new variants of the P30 Pro with a dual-tone finish at the back. It’s unclear whether these new Mystic Blue and Misty Lavender models will be the ones with the dual-tone finish on the rear glass.
What is clear, however, is that the new variants will come with the same internals as that of the Huawei P30 which was launched earlier this year. The Huawei P30 Pro is currently available in India in Breathing Crystal and Aurora colours for a price of Rs 71,990 on Amazon India and Croma.
To recall, the Huawei P30 Pro features a 6.47-inch OLED FullView Display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, waterdrop notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is powered by octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 980 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
The P30 Pro offers a Leica Quad Camera setup comprising of a 40MP primary camera with 1/1.7-inch Huawei SuperSpectrum Sensor and f/1.6 (27mm) lens, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 (16mm) lens, an 8MP telephoto camera with an f/3.4 (125mm) lens, and a Time-of-Flight (TOF) camera. For the front, it features a 32MP SuperSelfie camera.
The P30 Pro offers a 4,200mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge technology as well as 15W wireless charging. It runs EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification. Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C.
