Huawei has today launched the Huawei Nova 4 in China. The Huawei Nova 4 is priced at 3,099 Yuan (approx. Rs 33,000), while the Nova 4 with a 48-megapixel sensor is priced at Yuan 3,399 ( approx. Rs 36,000). The main USP of the of the smartphone is the in-display camera hole on the top left corner which we first saw on the Samsung Galaxy A8s.
The Huawei Nova 4 comes in four colour options: Honey Red, Blue, Black and White. Pre-order for Nova 4 will start from December 17 and will go on sale from December 27th.
The Huawei Nova 4 features a 6.41-inch Full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2310 Pixel resolution and has an 86.3% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 Chipset paired with Mali-G72 GPU. The phone has 8GB of RAM and internal storage of 128GB which is non-expandable. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the rear side of the phone.

For the camera department, the Nova 4 features a 25-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 Aperture andAI beautification that will be placed in a display hole. The size of the hole is said to be 4.5mm. The rear camera of the Nova 4 comes equipped with a triple setup of 20-megapixel with f/1.8 aperture, 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. On the other hand, the higher variant sports 48-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
On the software front, the phone runs EMUI 9.0.1 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box. Huawei Nova 4 is fueled by a 3,750mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, USB Type-C. It measures 157×75.1x 7.77mm and the weight is 172grams.
