Seems like Huawei is getting ready for the launch of its Huawei MediaPad T3 tablet soon in the United States. As per the reports, the device has got the all necessary approval from Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in the US.
The Huawei MediaPad T3 was recently launched in Poland in 7 inches, 8 inch and 10-inch variants. The MediaPad T3 8 and 10 variants support LTE and run on Android 7.0 Nougat. The 7-inch variant will be a WiFi version running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is priced at 449 PLN (approximately Rs 7,479) while 8 inches is priced at 749 PLN (approximately Rs 12,480) and 10 inches is priced at 899 PLN (approximately Rs 14,972).
Huawei MediaPad T3 7 features a 7-inch IPS display with a Resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels offering a Pixel density of 170ppi. Underneath, the device is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek MTK MT8127 quad-core Processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 450 GPU. The tablet comes with two storage options, one with 1GB RAM with 8GB internal storage and the other with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. Both the variants offer expandable storage slot of 64GB capacity. The MediaPad T3 7 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with EMUI 4.1 on top of it.
For the optics, the tablet sports a 2-megapixel camera in its rear panel while a 2-megapixel front camera as well. The MediaPad T3 packs a powerful 3,100 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G/LTE, WiFi 802.11b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The tablet will also be available in the WiFi-only variant. The tablet measures 179 x 103.68 x 8.6 mm and weighs 250 grams.
Huawei MediaPad T3 8 on the other hand, features an 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8917, quad-core A53, 4 x 1.4 GHz processor. Like 7 inch variants, this variant also comes in two variants – 2GB with 16GB internal storage and the other with 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. There is a 5-megapixel camera on the back and 2-megapixel on the front in the tablet. The Huawei MediaPad T3 8 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system coupled with Huawei’s latest EMUI 5.1 on top of it.
The Huawei MediaPad T3 8 has two variants – the KOB-L09 that supports LTE and Wi-Fi support and the KOB-W09 that only supports WiFi. The tablet is backed up by 4,800 mAh battery. As far as connectivity is concerned, it carries support for Wi-Fi 802.11n, LTE-FDD, TD-LTE, UMTS and GSM, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS. The tablet measures 211.07 x 124.65 x 7.95 mm and it weighs around 350 grams.
MediaPad T3 10 has a 10-inch display with the inclusion of the filter blue light. It holds the 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal Memory with microSD option available.
