Huawei MediaPad T3 7.0 tablet having model number ‘BG2-W09’ has got WiFi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA).
As per the Wi-Fi certification, Huawei MediaPad T3 7.0 will have a 7-inch display and will support Dual-Band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Wi-Fi Direct connectivity features. Further, the listing shows that the device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The date of certification is 7th March 2017, that is today. Apart from this, no other details of the Huawei MediaPad T3 7.0 are known at the moment. Since the device has got the got WiFi certification, we would expect some more details to surface online soon.
Last month, Huawei MediaPad T3 with an 8-inch display having model number ‘KOB-L09’ was found listed on the Chinese certification website, TENAA, revealing key specifications of the upcoming device. As per listing, the Huawei MediaPad T3 8.0 has an 8-inch display with 800×1280 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage, 128GB expandable memory, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front camera and a 4,650 mAh battery. The tablet seems to have unibody metal design as per the images in the listing. The tablet runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and the images reveal that it will come in Gold and Grey colour versions. Connectivity options of the device include dual SIM, 4G-LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a Micro USB 2.0 port. The tablet also has Gravity sensors, distance sensors, light Sensors as per the TENAA listing.
