Huawei is working on Mate 20 series of smartphones including Mate 20 Lite, Mate 20, and the Mate 20 Pro. Out of the three, Mate 20 Lite smartphone was recently certified by TENAA in China. Now specifications, pricing and press images of the Huawei Mate 20 Lite have surfaced online.
The renders were first spotted by German website Winfuture.de and they show the Huawei Mate 20 Lite in two colour variants – Gold and Black. The smartphone will feature a notch in the display with bezel at the bottom of the display. The renders, however, show that the device is not featuring any fingerprint scanner in front.
The rear side of the Mate 20 Lite features a dual camera setup with LED flash in the center. Below the cameras, lies a fingerprint sensor. The power and volume rocker buttons are on the right side of the phone while a 3.5 mm Audio Jack and USB port are on the bottom.
The website has further reported that Huawei Mate 20 Lite will be available for sale by the end of August with a price tag of around $400 which is approx. Rs 27,970,
The reports say that the Huawei Mate 20 Lite will boast a 6.3-inch display with 2340×1080 pixels resolution. It will be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 710 2.2GHz octa-core Processor coupled with Kirin 659 GPU. The smartphone will have 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage. The website has not revealed whether the storage is expandable via microSD card.

The Huawei Mate 20 Lite will have a total of four cameras on board. At the back, there will be a 20-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 Aperture and a 2-megapixel camera, while in front there will be dual cameras of 24-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor.
With 7.6 millimetres height, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite will have a 3650mAh battery. At 172 grams, the smartphone is made of metal frames and glass covers on the front and back.
