Huawei is expected to launch its Honor V8 smartphone on May 10. But well ahead of the official curtain-raiser event, the Honor V8 has been found listed on Oppomart. On Oppomart, the smartphone is listed at $399 (Rs 26,403) but was ‘Out of stock’.
As per Oppomart listing, the Honor V8 has a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display. A Hisilicon Kirin 950 octa-core processor runs the phone with the help of 3GB/4GB RAM. It offers 32GB/64GB internal storage. This 4G smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with EMUI on top of it and is backed up by a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer battery.
As expected, the listing also shows that the smartphone has a 12-megapixel Dual rear camera setup with OIS, laser focus. On the front it has an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies. The handset measures 145×70.9 ×6.95mm and weighs 144 grams.
The Honor V8 is said to be the successor of Honor 7, which was launched in India last year for Rs 22,999.
