Huawei has launched another smartphone under Honor Play series in China. Named as Huawei Honor Play 5X, the phone comes with fingerprint sensor and has been launched in two models – one with 2GB RAM and the other with 3GB RAM. The Huawei Honor Play 5X is priced at 1399 Yuan or approximately Rs 14,320 for the 3GB RAM variant while the 2 GB model to cost 999 Yuan or approximately Rs 10,220 in China.
The Huawei Honor Play 5X has a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display sporting 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system on top of which lies Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI). The smartphone is armed wtih the 1.5 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) Processor which is clubbed with Adreno 405 GPU. Huawei Honor Play 5X features an aluminum body and has two SIM slots.
For storage, the Huawei Honor Play 5X offers 16 GB of built-in storage and a 128 GB micro SD card slot. This handset comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. The smartphone offers 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a Micro USB port.
Moreover, there is a 3000 mAh battery in the Huawei Honor Play 5X which measures 151.3 x 76.3 x 8.15mm and weighs 158 grams.
The Huawei Honor Play 5X comes in silver and sunset gold colors.
