HTC latest flagship device is reported to be launched on November 11 in China. Dubbed as HTC U11 Plus, this will be company’s first device to sport a bezel-less display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.
According to a report by GSMArena, the alleged smartphone bears a codename Ocean Master and it is reported to be launched in China on the said date. The report also reveals some key specifications of the upcoming device and one expect a 5.99-inch display with a screen Resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. The screen will be made by JDI.
On the hardware front, the HTC U11 Plus will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The brand is also reported to be working on a premium variant that will sport a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, however, there is no information available about which variant will available in which market. The memory is said to be of USF 2.1 and there is no mention about the expandable storage.

On the camera front, one will get a 12-megapixel camera on the back panel and it will be the same sensor that was seen in the U11. For the front, there will be an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The device is reported to boast an IP68 certification, which will make it water and dust resistance and it can be submerged up to 1.5 meters in water for 30 minutes. The phone is further reported to come with Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 technology and it will sport company’s latest EDGE Sense feature, which we saw in the HTC U11.
