After the original Desire, HTC has been introducing a lot of mid-range smartphones in the Desire line-up. The latest addition could be the Desire 10 Lifestyle and the Desire 10 Pro. Rumour has it that the Taiwanese consumer electronics company is working on two new Desire Handsets.
While there is no information about the Desire 10 Pro’s specifications, the Desire 10 Lifestyle has some leaked specifications. Evan Blass (@eveleaks) have further confirmed that the Desire 10 Lifestyle will have a metallic gold trim on the edges and around key hardware elements like the camera lens, flash, and Antenna cut-outs. The smartphone is also expected to come with 5.5 inch 720p Display.
As per reports, it would have a quad core Qualcomm chipset with two memory options i.e. 16GB internal memory with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory with 3GB RAM. Well, this has been a new trend in budget and mid-range smartphones. Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Desire 10 Lifestyle is expected to sport a 13-megapixel, backside-illuminated (BSI) sensor and single LED flash with a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel Resolution whose sensor is also of the BSI variety, said reports by Evan Blass.
Like all HTC phones, the Desire 10 Lifestyle is expected with HTC’s famous BoomSound Hi-Fi stereo speakers along with 24 bit audio system. Also, it is expected to come in bunch of colours including matt finish design unlike some recent offerings in the Desire series.
According to GSMArena, the Desire might well look something like this.
If we go by the name, the Desire 10 Pro is likely to be the high-end variant of the two with better specifications and maybe a bit different in design too. As of now the Desire 10 Lifestyle and Pro variant are expected to come out sometime in September. There has been no information about the pricing of the two devices as of now.
