HTC One X, One X+’s price reduced by Rs 10,000

While One X is now available for Rs 25,990, the One X+ is retailing for just Rs 29,990.

HTC seems to have reduced the price of its premium smartphones – One X and One X+.

HTC One X now retails for Rs 25,990 against its launch price of Rs 35,000. The HTC One X+, which was launched in India for Rs 40,019, is now available for Rs 29,990 from some online stores. Though officially HTC has not announced the price cut, the phones are available for the lucrative price from some online retailers; others are also likely to follow suit.

HTC One X, which The Mobile Indian had reviewed, comes with a 4.7-inch Super LCD2 touchscreen display and a quad-core 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor. It features 32 GB on-board memory, an 8 megapixel rear camera and practically everything usually found in a high-end smartphone. HTC One X has a 1800 battery.

HTC One X+, the successor of the One X, is said to be 27 per cent faster and has 37 percent better battery life that its predecessor, according to HTC. The HTC One X+ features 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with HTC Sense 4+ user interface, 1.7 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 processor and 1 GB of RAM. The One X+ comes with a 4.7 inch Super LCD 2 display with 720p resolution and is protected by Gorilla glass 2. The One X+ also features an 8 megapixel camera with an f2.0 wide lens in the rear while a 1.6 megapixel camera is in the front for video calling.

The HTC One X+ has a 2100 mAh battery and 64 GB internal storage as default but additionally offers 25 GB of Dropbox free for two years. It also features Beats Audio technology for the best in class audio experience and also offers HDMI connectivity through port for big screen video experience.
