HTC has started rolling out Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for its One S smartphone in India. The update also brings the HTC Sense 4.0+ user interface version for the smartphone. The update of the One S has come very late though, as HTC One X launched almost at the same time got the update a long time ago.
The Update is 598 MB in size and can be accessed from Settings–About Phone–Software Update in the phones of HTC One S users.
HTC One S comes with a 1.5 GHz dual core processor, a 4.3 inch 720 pixel based AMOLED Display with 540×960 resolution. It weighs just 119.5 grams.
The One S comes with Android 4.0 operating system with HTC Sense 4 user interface. It has 16 GB Internal Memory storage with 1 GB RAM.
Like One X, it comes with 3.5 mm jack, Bluetooth, WiFi, DLNA, and a USB port for connectivity. There is an 8 Megapixel Autofocus camera with LED Flash in One S. The rear camera is capable of capturing 1080 pixel based true HD videos. There is a front VGA camera too for video chats. The HTC One S comes with a 1650 mAh battery.
