HTC has announced another mid-range smartphone. The new smartphone, HTC One M9s, has been announced in Taiwan.
The new One M9s has a 5 inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display and 2.2GHz octa-core Mediatek’s Helio X10 processor. The phone has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, and has a micro SD card slot of 2 TB capacity.
Besides, the One M9s has 13 megapixel rear camera that comes with optical image stabilisation and f/2.0 aperture. In the front it has a 4 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. It runs on Android Lollipop operating system and has the Sense user interface.
Sporting an all metal unibody, the One M9s offers a 2840 mAh battery. This 158 grams heavy smartphone measures 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.6mm. This single SIM device has usual connectivity features like LTE, Bluetooth v4.1, Dual-Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC and GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS and Beidou.
In Taiwan it will be available from November 21 for TWD 12,900 or approximately Rs 26,000. There is however no word yet from HTC about its launch in other markets including India.
