HTC 10 gets a price cut

HTC is also offering 6 months extented warranty on all HTC smartphones.

HTC has reduced the price of HTC 10 by Rs 5,000. The smartphone was launched for Rs 52,990 and is now available for Rs 47,990 for Topaz Gold colour variant on HTC e-store. However, we would like to inform our readers that Flipkart is already selling HTC 10 Topaz Gold for Rs 43,249 and Carbon Gray for Rs 42,899.

To get Rs 5,000 off on the HTC 10 smartphone in HTC e-store, customers have to use Coupon code – HTC5000 to avail the offer. Apart from this price cut, HTC is also offering 6 months extended warranty on all HTC smartphones. For this, customers have to use coupon code – HTCWarranty.

HTC 10 has Snapdragon 820 processor, Marshmallow operating system with HTC Sense user interface, 3 of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, an expandable storage slot that can hold a micro SD card of up to 2 TB capacity and a Super LCD5 display with Quad (2560X1440 pixels) and Corning Gorilla Glass.

It has a 12-megapixel rear camera that comes with Laser Autofocus, BSI sensor, Optical Image Stabilisation, f1.8 aperture, Sapphire lens, dual tone flashlight, Auto HDR, and manual mode feature. This camera can capture videos. For selfies, the phones are armed with 5-megapixel front camera which too is an unit and has BSI sensor, f1.8 aperture, Auto HDR and Optical Image Stabilisation feature.

The HTC 10, which measures 145.9x 71.9 x 3.0 – 9.0 mm and weighs 161 grams, has NFC, 4.2,WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), Miracast, DLNA, 3.5 mm jack and TypeC port.

Recently, the HTC 10 was spotted on GFXBench website with the Android Nougat operating system. The specs in the GFX listing are the same which were revealed at the launch except, now it shows Android 7.0 Nougat in the Operating System. The device was launched with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
