HP has announced its first 2-in-1 laptop that is powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 processors and Adreno 540 GPU, at an event in Maui, Hawaii. The laptop is dubbed as the Envy x2, which is expected to be launched the starting price of $600 and it will be available in early 2018.
The major highlight of the HP Envy x2 is that it comes with 20 hours of battery life, which is 3 hours more than the Microsoft’s Surface Book. It is a 2-in-1 device, which can be either used as a tablet or laptop by attaching its display to the keyboard.

The laptop comes has a 12.3-inch Full HD touch display with the resolution of 1920×1280 pixels. The tablet of the device is only 6.9mm thin and the whole laptop weights 0.7kg. On the storage front, it will be equipped with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The Envy x2 runs on the Windows 10S which is further upgradable to Windows 10 Pro before 30 September 2018.
Further, the Snapdragon 835 Chipset features the X16LTE modem, which means that the laptops come with the built-in 4G LTE support. On the connectivity front, thedevicehastwo USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, eSIM, Nano SIM, 4G LTE, and HDMI.
Meanwhile, the Qualcomm has also announced theAsus NovaGo2-in-1 laptop which also powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon835 processor.
