Huawei’s Honor brand has launched V20 smartphone in the ‘V series’ in China. The Honor V20 comes in three variants – 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at 2999 yuan ( Rs 30,428 approx)., 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version priced at 3499 yuan (Rs 35,500 approx.) and the MOSCHINO Edition with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage which will cost you 3999 yuan (Rs 40,560 approx.). The phone will go on sale in China from December 28th. The Honor V20 comes in Charm Blue, Red, and Midnight Black colours.
It will be introduced globally on January 22 as View 20 at an event in Paris, France. The View 20 is also expected to debut in India in January.
Honor V20 features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080×2310 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 16.7 million colours. The screen delivers a screen-to-body ratio of 91.82 percent and a Pixel density of 382 ppi. It is powered by Kirin 980 (2 x Cortex A76 2.6 GHz + 2 x Cortex A76 1.92 GHz + 4 x Cortex A55 1.8 GHz) processor with 720 MHz ARM Mali-G76MP10 GPU coupled with with 6GB and 8GB RAM options and 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. There is no microSD card slot on the device. It has GPU Turbo 2.0 technology that boosts performance while gaming.

The phone has 4000mAh battery with 22.5W (4.5V-5A) Fast charging and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie based Magic UI 2.0.1 out of the box.. It features a circular fingerprint sensor at the back. The phone has Link Turbo technology that combines both 4G and Wi-Fi networks to boost download speeds.
For the camera department, the Honor V20 has a 48-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, AI HDR, and LED flash support. There’s a secondary 3D Time of Flight (ToF) sensor for 3D applications and mapping of objects. For the front panel, there an AI powered 25-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 Aperture and fixed focus support. The front camera has a diameter of 4.5mm and is placed under the display at the top-left corner.
