Honor last month introduced its latest generation of fitness band in India dubbed as Honor Band 5. The fitness band was earlier available for purchase on Flipkart and now, Honor has confirmed that it will be available for purchase on Amazon as well.
The company says that the band will be available for purchase from e-commerce portal starting from September 29. Amazon Prime members, it will start early i.e. from 28th September 2019, 12 PM onwards. Interestingly, the company is offering Band 5 at a cheaper price as compared to its original price. The fitness band was launched at a price tag of Rs 2,599, however, the same Band 5 is available for purchase for Rs 2,299 on Amazon. Additionally, the consumers can avail savings and bonus offers with up to 10% instant discount on Amazon upon payment through SBI Debit and Credit Card.
The Honor band is waterproof up to 50 meters. The fitness tracker is compatible with devices running Android and iOS. The device is capable of delivering 14 days of battery life in normal usage condition. It has a blood oxygen level sensor which can measure your blood SpO2 levels, indicating the level of oxygen in your blood. The Band 5 is made up of Silicone material and weighs 22.7 grams.
The Honor Band 5 comes with 0.95-inch AMOLED (240 x 120 Pixels) colour display with 282 PPI and 2.5D glass on top. The device can track 10 different fitness activities like Daily Step Count, Distance Covered, Calorie Burned, Automatic Exercise Recognition and more. It has a 24×7 heart rate monitoring sensor, sleep monitor with the ability to detect six different types of sleeping problems. Other Sensors include 6-axis Accelerometer, Infrared Wear and Gyroscope.
