Honor 9 Bird Blue colour variant unveiled

Like all new age devices, the Honor 9 also comes with a fingerprint scanner which is located on its front panel embedded into the home button.

Just yesterday, three new colour variants of Honor 9 leaked online including Yellow, Peach Pink/ Red, as well as Orange. Now as per a report of Playfuldroid Honor has unveiled a Bird Blue colour variant of Honor 9.

The Blue Bird Honor 9 features the same specs as other models and the same pricing as well. As per the report, the new colour variant is likely to go on sale later this month.

The existing Honor 9 smartphone comes in three variants- one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs 21,780), another with 6GB RAM and 64GB at CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs 25,570), while the last one has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, and will cost CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs 28,419).

The Honor 9 comes with a 5.15-inch full (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display. The 2.4GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor, powers this phone and has the backing of Mali G71 MP8 and 4GB/6GB RAM. Besides, 64GB/128GB of internal storage, the Honor 9 comes with an optional storage via micro SD card. The smartphone runs on 7.0 Nougat operating system wrapped under EMUI 5.1 and gets its strength from a 3200 mAh battery with support.

The Honor 9 has a dual rear camera setup of 20 and 12 megapixel with phase detection autofocus, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama, and a dual tone flash. The primary rear camera has f/2.2 and video recording. In the front, an 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture has been provided for selfies.

Besides, the smartphone has a Hybrid Dual SIM tray, LTE with VoLTE, WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm jack and NFC. The handset measures 147.3 x 70.9 x 7.45 mm and weighs 155 grams.
