An unannounced smartphone from Huawei, which is dubbed as Honor 5C, has been spotted on the website of TENAA – the Chinese certification agency.
The alleged Honor 5C is said to succeed the Honor 4C which was launched in India last year in May at Rs 8,999.
Earlier, it was expected to be released on April 13 but now it is expected to be unveiled on April 28.
According to TENAA listing, the Honor 5C features a 5.2-inch full HD (1920 x 1080p) display. It is powered by a Kirin 650 64-bit octa-core processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It has an expandable storage slot for a micro SD card of up-to 128GB capacity. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Huawei Emotion UI (EMUI) on top of it and is backed up by a 2900 mAh battery.
The smartphone has a 13-megapixel shooter on the back with LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie is in its front. The handset measures 147.1×73.8×8.3 mm, and weighs 156 grams.
As per images uploaded on TENAA, the upcoming 4G LTE Honor 5C sports an all metal unibody design and also features a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
