Last week, we bumped into a couple of pictures of the Honor 20 Pro revealing a hole punch display on the front. Today, some other information of the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro has been revealed, ahead of the duo’s launch event on May 21.
The news comes from /Leaks who have leaked informational banners revealing the camera details of the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. As per the poster, the Honor 20 will equip a 48MP main camera which will be a Sony IMX586 1/2-inch sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 1.6μm Pixel size and 4-in-1 Light fusion technology. The main camera on the Honor 20 will be accompanied by a 16MP super wide angle lens with 117-degree field of view (f/2.2 aperture), a 2MP depth assist sensor (1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture) and a 2MP Macro lens with f/2.4 Aperture and 1.75μm pixel size.
As for the Pro variant, the device will make use of a 48MP Sony IMX586 1/2-inch sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 1.6μm pixel size which will be based on Huawei’s 4-in-1 Light fusion technology. The Honor 20 Pro will also equip the 16MP super wide angle lens with 117-degree field of view (f/2.2 aperture) and a 2MP Macro lens with f/2.4 aperture and 1.75μm pixel size, both of which will be the same as the one on the standard Honor 20.
However, the Pro will make use of an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X Optical Zoom and an aperture of f/2.4. Both the telephotos and primary sensors on the 20 Pro will feature 4-axis optical image stabilisation. The device will also employ a laser Autofocus unit for faster and more accurate autofocus as well as for low-light shots.
As far as specifications go, the Honor 20 Pro will be powered by an Octa-core Kirin 980 Processor with two Cortex-A76 cores @ 2.60GHz, two Cortex-A76 @ 1.92GHz and four Cortex-A55 @ 1.80 GHz. The device will be paired with a Mali G76 GPU, dual NPU, up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The 20 Pro will come with a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a waterdrop notch on the front and a 3,650mAh with 22.5W SuperCharge adapter.
