Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, Honda has introduced it’s 2018 PCX 125 scooter for the European Market. Celebrating the sells over 140,000 units in the continent, the new upgraded model comes with the revised sporty styling, increased practicality and a powerful engine with the higher fuel efficiency.
Starting with the design, the PCX 125 now gets a new aggressive look at the front with the sleek day-running light LED headlights, with the X shape LED tail light, an engine kill switch and an all-digital LCD instrument cluster.
In terms of specifications, the PCX is powered by the liquid-cooled, 125cc displacement engine which is capable of generating 12.39 PS of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 11.5 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. The fuel economy of the scooter is claimed to be 47.6 kmpl by the company and tank capacity of 8-litre with the range of over 400 Km.
Further, Honda has introduced a single-channel ABS with a 220mm disc at the front, however, the rear gets the 130mm drum brake. The PCX also gets a provision to hold a liquid container for convenience, 28-liter under the seat storage to easily hold a full face helmet and a 12V AC adaptor for charging smartphones on the go.
Other than this, the PCX measures 1930 mm in length, 740 mm in width and 1100 mm in height, with the 4 mm increased seated height at 760 mm and ground clearance of 135 mm.
