Handygo Technologies, a provider of VAS solutions, and Uninor announced the launch of ‘Wellness World’, a unique health tool for Indian customers.
Available on both IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and SMS platforms, it aims to provide daily information to Uninor’s subscribers on health related issues. The subscribers can get up to date information regarding heart care, women’s health, diet and nutrition, HIV/STDs, pain management, sexual health, stress, love, relationship and adolescent issues.
Uninor subscribers need to dial in a short code (522770) for this service. For the IVR version, customers can opt for subscription packs of Rs 30 and Rs 7 for 30 and 7 days respectively. While in the first plan, the user will get 30 free minutes, with Rs 7 plan he will get seven minutes of free IVR session.
Also, they can avail this service on SMS at Rs 30 for 30 days and Rs 7 for 7 days in which they will get 2 and 1 SMS alerts respectively per day.
“This pan India service is available in Hindi and English, 24/7, 365 days a year,” said the company in a press release.
Handygo has partnered with various renowned hospitals such as VIMHANS, GM Modi, Jaipur Golden hospital to name a few in order to ensure the information provided is relevant, accurate and up to date.
On this pan Indian tie-up, Praveen Rajpal, chief executive officer, handygo said, “Wellness World is a pan India health information and counselling service delivering vital health advice across states, religions, castes, et al.
