Yesterday, we have reported that the upcoming Gionee M2017 had been certified in China by TENAA – the Chinese certification agency. Now the smartphone has been spotted on AnTuTu website as well confirming the earlier specifications.
Couple of days back, three images of the smartphone with details about few specs have been leaked on Weibo, a Chinese social media platform.
As per AnTuTu listing, Gionee M2017 features a QHD display with resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and is powered by a Snapdrgaon 653 processor, along with Adreno 510 GPU. Earlier it was expected to be powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 processor. Further as per listing, the smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. On the camera front, it has dual rear camera setup with dual lead flash, one of the camera has 13-megapixel resolution and the second one comes with the 12-megapixel resolution. On its front it has and 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
Here are the rest of specifications from the earlier TENAA listing, which includes 5.7-inch display, 1.98GHz Octa-Core processor, and whopping 7000mAh battery. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth, a MicroUSB port , WiFi and GPS.The handset measures 155.2×77.6×10.65 mm and weighs 230 grams. The smartphone listed in black colour on TENAA.
Moreover, as per reports smartphone is said to house a fingerprint scanner as well, which will be embedded in its home button.
