Garmin has two new members to its smartwatch portfolio with the launch of Garmin Venu and Garmin Vivoactive 4. The Garmin Venu comes with a price tag of Rs 37,490, while the Vivoactive 4 is priced at Rs 32,590.
The Garmin Venu will be exclusively available on Amazon till December 15, 2019, and post that it will be available on Tata CliQ, Myntra, Flipkart and Paytm Mall. The watch will be made available in offline stores including Helios Watch Stores PAN India, Shoppers Stop, Kamal Watch Co., Just in Time, CT Pundole Pune, Johnson Watches CP, Johnson Watches, South Ex, Watches Select City, Samay Watches, Indo Watches, Gangaram, Adysson Watches, Sports Station Itanagar, Go Sport -Mumbai and Bangalore and TAB Sports Andheri Mumbai. The Garmin Vivoactive 4 will be available from Amazon, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Flipkart and Paytm Mall and through key retail stores across the country.
The Garmin Venu is the company first smartwatch that comes loaded with an AMOLED screen. Both the smartwatches are loaded with over 40 on-device animated workouts for strength training, cardio, yoga and Pilates. The animation shows the proper technique of performing exercises. One can also customise the workouts according to one’s need. Both the watches are loaded with Garmin Coach that provides free training plans and virtual personal trainer for added motivation.
The Venu and Vívoactive 4 comes with a range of health monitoring features like advanced sleep with Pulse Ox, new respiration tracking, abnormal heart rate alerts, menstrual cycle tracking, stress tracking with relax reminders, new hydration tracking, new breathwork activities and more.
The smartwatches come with always-on, sunlight-readable Garmin Chroma Display technology also makes it easy to see in any lighting. One can also choose from a variety of live watch faces, apps and widgets from the Garmin Connect IQ store app. Users can even upload their own photos and turn them into watch faces.
