HTC has quietly introduced the HTC One Dual-SIM version for the Indian audience at small difference in terms of price. Meanwhile, the company is planning to expand its HTC One family in India with couple of devices in coming two months. The Mobile Indian has learned from sources that HTC plans to introduce the HTC One Mini later this month in India at an approximate price ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 38,000. HTC One Mini will bundle along special data offers such as 2 GB worth 3G data free from Tata DoCoMo India.
Unlike the HTC One, the HTC One Mini has a plastic shell. It carries the same aesthetics of the HTC One but only little miniaturised. HTC One Mini has a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 touchscreen display with 1280×720 pixel Resolution natively. The display appears absolutely brilliant considering the screen size and packed resolution. Also, the Super LCD2 has been constructed using Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for making it thinner and stronger. HTC has powered the One Mini with a dual-core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 mobile Chipset with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB on-board storage. Unfortunately, there is no Memory card slot.
At the rear, it has a 4.1 megapixel UltraPixel camera with Autofocus and LED flash. This camera can record full HD videos and also perform amazing tweaks through the camera feature called HTC Zoe. In the front, the One Mini has a 1.6 megapixel camera with 720p HD videos recording support. By default, the HTC One Mini will run Sense 5.0 layered on top of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
Sources also told us that the HTC One Mini smartphone will support 4G LTE networks and 3G networks in India. With everything minimised, the major component that took the hit was battery. HTC has packed only 1800 mAh battery which might run little short to enjoy the fancy features for long.
