Swipe Telecom, in association with MTV, has announced the launch of a new dual-SIM tablet which is named as Slash 4X. The tablet comes with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and is priced at Rs 9,999.
The new MTV Slash 4X tablet is powered by a quad-core processor which has a clock speed of 1.3 GHz. It has also a healthy 1 GB RAM. Like other MTV-Swipe products, this tablet too comes with MTV-content such as MTV Hottie and MTV Funny.

The 7-inch display of the Slash 4X has 1024×600 pixel resolution. It has a 2 Megapixel camera at the back and a 0.3 megapixel camera in the front.
The tablet comes packed with 4 GB on-board storage and a memory card slot that can hold up to 32 GB micro SD card. This dual SIM based tablet has a 3000 mAh battery.
At Rs 9,999, the MTV Slash 4X tablet has lot to offer but it faces tough competition from new entrants like iBall 3G 7271 HD. Besides, at this price point few powerful hardware bearing tablets are also available including the Google Nexus 7 (2012) and Xolo QC800.
