Dell unveils Streak 7 Android tablet

A successor to the 5-inch Dell Streak 5, the Streak 7 comes with a dual-core 1Ghz Nvidia Tegra 2 SoC processor and has a 7-inch display with Gorilla Glass technology.

At the on-going Consumer Electronics Show, Dell has unveiled the Streak 7 tablet with T-Mobile branding for US citizens.

A successor to the 5-inch Dell Streak 5, the Streak 7 comes with a dual-core 1Ghz Nvidia Tegra 2 and has a 7-inch display with Gorilla Glass technology.

The Streak 7 runs Google’s 2.2 Froyo with Dell Stage 1.0 user interface. It has a 5 camera and a 1.3 megapixel camera that could be used for video calling.

Streak 7 is the first tablet for both Dell as well as T-Mobile. As of now, there’s no word on its pricing and the tablet would be available in the coming weeks in US. There is also no news of its arrival in India.
