Dell has announced the launch of a convertible laptop in its Latitude 3000 lineup – the Dell Latitude 3379 – in India. Dell claims that this new laptop is ideal for business on-the-go and delivers power packed performance with a perfect design offering 4 modes for the user.
The Dell Latitude 3379 comes with a compact and sleek design and enables users to manage their workload from anywhere. To be precise, the device is only 1.75 Kgs heavy. The laptop is powered by Intel Core processors with a 512GB SSD (Solid State Drive). Up front, there is 13.3 inch Truelife LED backlit touch display with wide angle viewing and Integrated Intel HD Graphics card.
On top of the Intel processor, the Latitude 3379 runs on Windows 10 operating system out of the box with a 30-day trial of both Microsoft Office and McAfee Livesafe. Dell claims that this laptop can last for about 8 hours and 24 minutes.

Dell Data Protection is essentially a software which allows business data to flow smoothly throughout the organisation. It furthers enables IT departments to manage and secure data. This software solution is only available with Dell Commercial Client PCs including the Dell Latitude. Moreover, Dell Data Protection can be integrated across nearly all devices and supports iOS and Android based devices and even laptops from other manufacturers.
