Coolpad, which recently entered the Indian market, has slashed the price of its Dazen 1 smartphone making it further attractive. The Coolpad Dazen 1, which was launched earlier this month alongside Dazen X7, will be available for Rs 5,999 against its launch price of Rs 6,999.
“Coolpad is ready to take the market by storm by making the handset available at this all new price! The second sale started at 12pm on Snapdeal today,” the company said in a press release.
Coolpad claims to have sold out 10,000 units of the smartphone in less than a minute in its first sale last week. “The device crossed over 1 lakh registrations and has seen massive demand since its launch last month. The company will also be giving Snapdeal credits to the customers who bought the smartphone last week during the first sale on June 09 as a gesture for having faith in the company,” Coolpad announced today.
The Coolpad Dazen 1 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor and 2 GB of RAM. Along with that it has 8GB of built -in storage, 8-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.2 lens and LED flash, and a 5-megapixel fixed focus front camera. It is backed by a 2500mAh battery. The phone is available in sand stone black and baby snow-white colours. The device has a 5 inch display with HD resolution, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a Micro USB port.
