Coolpad has launched its two new mid-range smartphone in China, named Coolpad N1 and N1S. The Coolpad N1 is priced at 799 Yuan (approximately Rs 7,811), whereas for Coolpad N1S, one has to pay 999 Yuan (approximately Rs 9,767). Both the smartphones will be available via largest telecom network,China Mobile.
The Coolpad N1 has a metal unibody design and features a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with resolution of 1280×720 pixel. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz Quad-Core MediaTek (MT6735P) processor. Moreover, The N1 comes with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up-to 64GB via micro SD card. The premium variant of N1 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage will be launched in the coming days.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 2500mAh battery. It also houses a fingerprint scanner, placed on its back panel. On the camera front, the Coolpad N1 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Besides, the smartphone offers a Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, and a microUSB port for connectivity. The handset measures 142.5 x 70.5 x 8 mm and weighs 145 grams.
Moving on to the Coolpad N1S, the N1S variant comes with a metal unibody design and features a larger 5.5 inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixel. On the inside, it is powered by a 1.4Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa-Core processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. N1S too comes with a fingerprint scanner on its back panel and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The N1S gets its juice from a 3000mAH battery. On the camera front, it has a 13-megapixel rear facing primary shooter with LED flash, and a 8-megapixel shooter for selfies at the front. Further, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and a microUSB port for connectivity.
