At the ongoing CES 2019 event, Samsung has launched two Windows PCs – Samsung Notebook 9 Pro and Notebook Flash. The price of Samsung Notebook Flash will start at $349.99 (Rs. 24,515 approx.) and will be available from January 15, 2019 on Amazon and Samsung.com. On the other hand, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro will be available in early 2019.
Samsung Notebook 9 Pro
The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is made up of metal and features a 13.3-inch Full HD display with 350 nits and touchscreen support. Under the hood, it is powered by 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8565U coupled with 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM, Intel UHD 620 integrated graphics, and 256GB PCIe NVMe onboard storage. It is backed up by a 50Wh battery with Fast charging support.
For connectivity options, the Notebook 9 Pro has two Thunderbolt 3 ports, one USB Type-C port, microSD card reader, and a 3.5mm Headphone jack. There is support for fingerprint as well for security and Active Pen with more than 4000 levels of pressure sensitivity. It also comes with an HD camera. The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro runs on a Windows 10 Home operating system, and is built for creative-minded professionals who are looking for products to bring their ideas to life.
Samsung Notebook Flash
The Samsung Notebook Flash comes with a plastic build features a 13.3-inch Full HD LED anti-glare display. There are two variants – one is powered by the Intel Celeron N4000, while another variant comes with Intel Pentium Silver N5000 Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage which is expandable in nature.
The connectivity options for the Samsung Notebook Flash include two USB Type-C ports, one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, one HDMI port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card reader. The PC runs Windows 10 Home and is fueled by a 39Wh battery without fast charging support. It also comes with a webcam and a fingerprint scanner as well.
