Celkon has launched an entry level smartphone,Millennia Q450, for Rs 4,799 in India. It is a dual SIM smartphone. On the specification front, it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and is powered a quad core 1.3GHz processor. It has a meager 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM which can be further expanded to 32 GB via a microSD card.

The internal storage stands at 8 GB, to which another 32 GB can be added via microSD card. The primary camera is a 5 megapixel unit with auto-focus and flash, while the front has a 2 megapixel resolution.

The rear camera has exposure compensation, white balance, face recognition, flash, and video recording at 1080p at 30 fps. For connectivity, you have two SIM card slots, 3G, GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth 4.0. The 2010 mAh battery can provide up to 8 hours of or 280 hours of standby.

As compared Celkon v Q450, InFocus M2 is a better buy because of camera, memory and battery specifications.
