Canon has added six new members to its Prime G series of ink tank printers in India. The models include Pixma G 1010, G 2010, G 2012, G 3010, G 3012, and G 4010. The new G Series printers will be available in the price range of Rs 8,195 to Rs 17,425.
The series feature a front-facing, built-in ink tank system, which is refillable in nature and it is convenient to monitor ink levels and refill when required. The company says the new Pixma G series comes with Canon’s hybrid ink system that gives high-resolution images.
Starting with Pixma G4010, it is a multifunction printer that can be used to print, copy, scan and fax. There is a 20-sheet auto document feeder along with two-line LCD display that simplifies copy and scan functions. The printer supports Wi-Fi and can also be operated easily using the Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY print and scan application.
Coming to Pixma G3010 and Pixma G3012 printers, they come with a 1.2-inch LCD display and comes with a variety of printer configuration options including WiFi setup. The printer also supports direct wireless connection to mobile devices and tablets without a router. The multifunction printer copies, prints from, and scans easily to mobile phones, tablets and laptops over Wi-Fi.
The Pixma G2010 and Pixma G2012 offer high volume printing for users connected to PCs. It also comes with a 1.2-inch LCD panel, which makes it easy to execute multiple copy and scan functions. Lastly, the Pixma G1010 is meant for users and businesses, which requires high-volume printing.
