Months after launching a new range of smart speakers and Soundbars in India, Bose has now unveiled the Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 as its latest flagship wireless noise cancelling headphones. The Headphones 700 will come with Bluetooth and a battery life of up to 20 hours for a price of $399 (approx. Rs 27,900). Bose has also announced the Bose Earbuds 500 and Bose Earbuds 700.
The Headphones 700 sits atop the old high-end QC 35 II with a new over-ear design and thinner profile. The headphones come with a four-microphone array, touch controls, a 3.5mm headphone jack to play music in a wired manner and a USB-C port for charging. Bose says the battery inside the Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 will be able to last to up to 20 hours on full-fledged usage.
The Bose Headphones 700 comes with voice control which can be selected between Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, depending upon a user’s personal preference. This voice control functionality is aided by the new adaptive microphone system which helps isolate the user’s sound from the background noise. The four microphone array also offers 10 levels of noise cancellation when playing music.
A new feature labelled Conversation mode has been added to the headphones to allow users to pause music when you fancy a chat. There’s also Bose AR which uses Augmented Reality to get information based on the real world to offer audio content tailored to where you are and what you’re doing.
Moving on, the Bose Earbuds 500 and Bose Earbuds 700 are truly wireless compact earbuds which aren’t due till 2020. The Earbuds 500 and 700 will also support Bose AR like the Headphones 700.
The Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 will be available in Black and White colours from June 30 for a price of $399 (approx. Rs 27,900).
