Whatsapp’s new feature is currently in testing, hence there are various tasks which are not operational currently. We even received a notification from BookMyShow, “Sorry, we are working towards listening to you here. In the meantime, please reach us at helpdesk@bookmyshow.com or call us on 02261445050.” This means that the feature is still in its early stages and we still need to wait for a while to know the exact implementation of the same.
