The BlackBerry Priv, the first ever Android smartphone of the Canadian company, is now available for pre-order. The smartphone is available for pre-order in the US, the UK, Canada and Germany.
The BlackBerry Priv comes with a 5.4 inch display with Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) resolution. The AMOLED screen is slightly curved in the edges. The smartphone has a slider QWERTY keypad as well.
The BlackBerry Priv comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and is run by the Snapdragon 808 hexa core Processor with the help of 3 GB RAM. The smartphone offers 32 GB internal storage and a 200 GB micro SD card slot.
The handset is armed with an 18 Megapixel rear camera that comes with Schneider-Kreuznach optics, optical image stabilization, Autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash light. It has a 2 megapixel front camera.
The smartphone offers single SIM, 4G, WiFi (a/b/g/n), WiFi Direct, WiFi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1 A2DP LE, GPS with AGPS and a micro USB 2.0 port. The Priv has a 3140 mAh battery and comes in black colour only.
