BlackBerry has announced the launch of its latest Smartphone the Q5 for all major markets across the globe. The BlackBerry Q5 is a mid range BlackBerry smartphone that runs the latest BlackBerry OS 10. The device is aimed at more style conscious users and will be available in orange, black and white color options starting July onwards.
The BlackBerry Q5 is a QWERTY keypad based smartphone that offers a smallish sized QWERTY keypad along with a 3.1 inch touch display. The BlackBerry Q5 is powered with a 1.2 GHz dual core Processor and comes with 8 GB of internal storage along with option of adding another 32 GB with Micro SD cards. The device gets a 5 Megapixel main camera along with a 2 megapixel front facing camera.
The BlackBerry Q5 is aimed at cost conscious buyers and offer performance at a lower price point than the BlackBerry Q10 launched earlier this year.

The BlackBerry Q5 gives you the best of everything with its cutting-edge BlackBerry 10 functionality and a physical QWERTY keyboard”.
The price of the device is not yet revealed but the device will be making way to the users starting July this year and it is expected that the price of the Q5 will hover in the Rs 20,000+ range.
