BigFlix, a video on demand service, has launched the BIGFLIX HD App for iOs, which allows Apple device users to watch movies in high definition.
BIGFLIX HD is the refined and upgraded version of its predecessor and will continue to allow users to stream over 2000 titles, now in high definition.
Apple users subscribing through iTunes can avail the services across all their Apple devices. This means one can watch a part of a movie on iPad and then later watch the rest on any other device like iPhone or Mac.
BIGFLIX, offers a library of HD quality movies which includes both classics and new releases across Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, etc. The company has recently released select new movies within 14 days of their theatrical launch.
There is no news on Android app upgrade but we expect it to happen soon. Bigflix does have a tie up with Micromax for its Android based Funbook tablet to stream HD content.
