Samsung, which had recently unveiled its curved display bearing smartphone called Galaxy Round, has said that it is working on foldable and flexible phones.
At the Samsung Analysts Day, which is underway in Seoul, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Samsung, Kwon Oh-hyun said that the company has been putting lot of effort into phablets, curved phones like the Galaxy Round, wearable devices like Galaxy Gear, flexible phones, and foldable phones.
Samsung, as Times of India reports, has also issued a slide which states that the company is all set to release the bendable smartphones as soon as next month while foldable smartphones are expected in 2016-17.
Samsung Galaxy Round was recently released with a curved display but it was hammered by analysts while LG G Flex was appreciated for its much better curved display.
