Asus has started rolling out a new update for its recently-launched Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, in India. The new update brings improvements on the camera front and more.
With the latest update, users will feel some difference in the front camera performance. Further, the company has also optimised the fingerprint performance of the Zenfone Max Pro M1. The brand has revealed that the update is currently rolling out in batches. Users can check for the latest update by going to Settings > About Phone > System updates.
To recall, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 was launched in India in April this year. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM variant and 6GB RAM for Rs 14,999. The company has recently announced that it has discarded flash sales for its latest budget-centric smartphone.
Meanwhile, Asus has introduced a new Blue colour variant of its Zenfone Max Pro M1. The new colour option is available on Flipkart and it is valid for all the above-mentioned variants of the device.
The Zenfone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Chipset along with Adreno 509 GPU. The phone is available in 3GB/4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage options. For optics, there is a dual-camera setup, which comes with a combination of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors, while for the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter. The higher variant of 6GB RAM/64 GB storage feature 16MP front camera with a dual rear camera with (primary) 16MP and (secondary) 5MP.
