Asus did not mince any word about the launch of Zenfone Go (ZC500TG), which was earlier speculated to come in July itself, during its recently held Zenfestival in Delhi where it launched several smartphones and tablets. But now the Zenfone Go has been found listed on both Asus India’s website as well as on Flipkart. On Flipkart the 16 GB model has been listed that comes in red colour.
The Asus Zenfone Go has a 5 inch HD IPS display which has anti-fingerprint coating. The phone comes armed with a 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6580 quad core processor, Mali 400 MP2 graphics processor, Android Lollipop operating system and 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The handset comes in 8 GB and 16 GB storage variants, both of which has 64 GB micro SD card slot.
The Asus Zenfone Go has an 8 Megapixel rear auto focus camera with F/2.0 aperture, back light HDR mode, night mode, panoroma mode and slow motion features. For selfies, it offers a 2 megapixel camera with HDR, GIF and slow motion features.
The dual SIM Asus Zenfone Go has dual SIM with 3G connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi (b/g/n), GPS with A-GPS, WiFi Direct, and a 2070 mAh Li-Po battery. The Android 5.1 based Zenfone Go has ZenUI 2.0 aperture, FM radio and dual mic for noise cancellation. It comes in white, black and red colours.
