Asus has announced yet another affordable smartphone with Intel processor. Called as Asus Zenfone C, the handset costs just Rs 5,999 and has decent features. Available in black, white and red colours, the Zenfone C will directly compete with Android One devices, Moto E, and Redmi 1S. It is scheduled to be made available via Flipkart from today itself.
As per the listing on Asus’s website, the Zenfone C offers a 4.5 inch touchscreen with 480×854 pixels resolution, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Z2520 processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB built-in storage, and a 64 GB micro SD card slot.
Besides, the Asus Zenfone C offers a 5 megapixel auto focus camera with F2.0 Aperture and an LED flash light in the rear panel. In its front lies a 0.3 megapixel snapper for video calls and selfies. The handset has a curved body with maximum thickness of 10.9 cm at the middle while the thinnest portion measures 6.2 mm.
