After the popular Zenfone 2 series smartphones, Asus now seems to be ready to launch another series called Zenfone 3. Two purported devices in this alleged series have now been spotted online. The handsets, named as Asus Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 3 Deluxe, were found listed on the Red Dot Design website.
According to the site’s description, the Zenfone 3 will be featuring 2.5D glass on the front and back with a curved aluminum frame. As per the site, the device has a USB Type-C port, a fingerprint sensor, laser Autofocus and dual tone LED flash for the camera. There’s also support for an optional Smart Flip Cover. As per the images, the Zenfone 3 will come in gold, silver and black colour options.
In the website, there was an image of Zenfone 3 Deluxe as per which the device has a physical button below the display, a side lock button and a front LED flash. It seems to have a full metal body.
Asus is expected to unveil the ZenFone 3 and the ZenFone 3 Deluxe later this year at Computex. The annual trade show will be held from May 31st to June 4th this year.
