Asus has finally made available the third iteration of its Zenfone 2 Laser. The new version, priced at Rs 13,999, has 3 GB RAM. There are two other models in the Laser series – one with model No ZE550KL comes with 2 GB of RAM and costs Rs 9,999, while the other one has model No ZE5000KL which too costs Rs 9,999.
The new Asus Zenfone 2 Laser also comes with a 5.5 inch display which has high definition (1280×720 pixels) resolution, 10 finger touch input and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Like its cheaper cousin (the ZE550KL), this Zenfone 2 Laser model offers 16 GB internal memory, 128 GB expandable storage slot, 3000 mAh battery, Android Lollipop operating system, 13 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera.
However, this Laser has the 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 octa core Processor while the cheaper model has the Snapdragon 410 quad core CPU. The new model also has dual SIM, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS and a Micro USB port.
The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE500KL has a smaller 2070 mAh battery but has the same features as the ZE550KL. Compare the specification of the three phones here.
