Asus recently launched Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe (4GB and 6 GB) and Zenfone 3 Ultra in Taiwan. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe with 6GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage is also the first smartphone to come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor. Now Asus has announced two more smartphones under Zenfone 3 series, in Vietnam – ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max, reports Techrums. The Asus ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max are the successor of ZenFone 2 Laser and ZenFone Max smartphones.
With these two new smartphones, the Zenfone 3 series now has five smartphones- Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe, Zenfone 3 Ultra, Zenfone 3 Laser and Zenfone 3 Max.
The Zenfone 3 Laser features a metal unibody with 2.5D glass on top and has a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 resolution) display. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX214 sensor, ultra-fast 0.03 seconds laser auto-focus, electronic image stabilization (EIS), and a color correction sensor as well. The phone has a fingerprint sensor which can unlock in 0.2 seconds. Besides, the 7.9mm thick Zenfone 3 Laser has 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The Zenfone 3 Laser is priced at VND 5,990,000, $268 or Rs 17,970 approximately.
The Zenfone 3 Max has metal unibody and has a slightly smaller 5.2-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 2.5D glass on top. It has 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, a fingerprint scanner and a 4100 battery which Asus claims to give 30 days of standby time. The Zenfone 3 Max is priced at VND 4,490,000, $201 or Rs 13,474 approximately.
Asus has not revealed full specifications of ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max smartphones, which it is expected to announce soon along with its availability.
