Archos, a French mobile phone and tablet maker, has launched its new 4G phone in the United States which is named as 50d Oxygen. Archos 50d Oxygen is priced at $149 (approximately Rs 9,960) and will be available in retail stores in May for sale from this year. Currently there is no information about its availability in India.
The Archos 50d Oxygen comes with a 5 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen that has 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa core Mediatek processor with Mali-T720 MP3 GPU which is coupled with 2 GB RAM. The device has 16 GB of internal memory and a expandable storage slot also. It comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Its dimensions are 141.4 x 70.8 x 8.2 mm and it weighs 140grams.
The dual SIM Archos 50d Oxygen is backed by 2,100 mAh battery.
It has a 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity, this dual SIM handset offers WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB, GPS and ofcourse 4G.
