Apple has finally introduced its latest iPad (2019) in India as the tablet has finally gone on sale. The iPad 2019 was launched alongside Apple iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro last month in Cupertino.
Although the Apple iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max already went on sale in the country, it is almost more than a month for iPad 2019 to make its Indian debut. The latest tablet is available for purchase from Amazon and Flipkart along with other Apple Authorised resellers across the country.
As for the pricing is concerned, the WiFi only 32GB model is priced at Rs 29,900, while the 128GB storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs 37,900. The WiFi + Cellular model with 32GB internal storage is priced at Rs 40,900, while the 128GB model is priced at Rs 48,900. The new tablet is available in Silver, Space Grey and Gold colour options.
The new tablet comes with a 10.2-inch Retina Display with 3.5 million pixels and the company claims it offers 3.7x wider viewing angle as compared to a flagship laptop. The latest tablet is powered by the latest Apple A10 Fusion chipset.
The latest tablet runs on iPadOS, which comes with a host of interesting features. It also supports Apple Pencil and for a full-size Smart keyboard. It is also the first non-iPad Pro model to support Apple’s Smart Connector. The new OS comes with a floating keyboard that provides one-hand usage. The Apple Pencil comes with new features like swiping up from the corner to take a screenshot.
