Google Now’s personal digital assistant like service offers card style user interface to show the relevant and essential information to the users. Recently, Google added a new card that helps user to locate where the car has been parked. Quite helpful for folks who have to park their vehicles far away in a public/private parking areas.
Apple is testing similar tool for the Apple Maps and the assets – images, for the same have been spotted in the iOS 8 beta code meant only for the developers as of now. Quite possible that the Car Location could be integrated with Apple Siri and one simply has to ask the personal digital assistant to locate the parked car.
So far, Apple Maps has struggled to stay abreast with the mapping technologies and features offered by the Google Maps and HERE Maps.
