Couple of days back, Nokia D1C with Android Nougat spotted on Geekbench website. Now another Nokia’s Android phone doing rounds online, which is dubbed as Nokia P1.
According to the report, the Nokia P1 has a metal body and will have two variants, one with 5.2 inch display and another with 5.5 inch display. Both the Nokia P1 variants will sport QHD (2560 x 1440 pixel) AMOLED displays and will run on Android 7.0. Nougat with Nokia’s Z Launcher on top of it. The smartphone is also expected to come with a powerful rear camera and will use graphene camera sensors for low light photography. Further as per report, the Nokia P1 will have IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
As per Android Headlines, the Nokia PI could be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Snapdragon 821 SoC, which will be clubbed with 4GB of RAM at least.
Interestingly, earlier in August, two alleged Nokia phones were spotted online with similar specs as the purported Nokia P1 models. To read about the previous spotted phones click here.
Till now we have seen many leaks and rumors around Nokia re-entering mobile business in 4th quater of this year with Android smartphones, but as of now we are only seeing leaks, rumors, and bench-marking appearances. Still we have not seen any concrete information coming directly from the Nokia, except it contracted Finland-based HMD Global for manufacturing Android powered Nokia smartphones.
