Amazon today formally announced the launch of 10.or D in India. It is the third smartphone under the brand to be launched in India. The smartphone has been launched at Rs 4,999 for a 2 GB model and Rs 5,999 for a 3 GB version. The smartphone will be available for sale starting January 5.
The 10.or D looks quite thick with a plastic back panel which is little curved and that’s why it should be quite easy to hold. A round fingerprint sensor is in the back panel, above which lies around camera and a tiny LED flashlight. In the front, there seems to be a mic and the front camera while the command keys are placed on the screen and not in the bezel.
The Amazon 10.or D is powered by the 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor. The 64-bit CPU with Cortex A53 comes with Qualcomm 308 GPU.There are 2 GB and 3 GB RAM variants which come with 16 GB and 32 GB of inbuilt storage.
The phone has a fingerprint sensor, dual SIM and expandable storage slot. A 13-megapixel camera is in the rear panel of the phone while a 5-megapixel selfie camera is on its front. The Android 7.1.2 based has 3.5 mm jack a Micro USB port.
There is a 3500 mAh battery on the phone and it comes with Bluetooth and WiFi facilities as well.At this price, the phone competes with Redmi 5A which too has a 2 GB and 3 GB models at Rs 4,999 and Rs 5,999 respectively.
