An unannounced Samsung smartphone with model name ‘Samsung SM-J210F’, has been spotted on Benchmarking website, Geekbench, which could be the new Galaxy J2 (2016) smartphone. Earlier the same device had been spotted on the Indian import-export website Zauba for about Rs 6,757.
As per listing, Samsung SM-J210F (Galaxy J2 2016), has a 1.5 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC8830 processor. The handset runs on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and has 1.5GB of RAM.
As of now no other information is available right now. However we will keep you posted as soon as we get more insight on this upcoming smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) will succeed Samsung Galaxy J2, which was launched in India last year for Rs 8,940. The smartphone has a 4.7 inch Super AMOLED Display with resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, Quad-core 1.3 GHz, Mali-T720GPU, Android Lollipop operating system, 1 GB RAM, micro SD card slot, 8 Megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It offers dual SIM with dual standby feature. On connectivity front, smartphone has 4G, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, Radio, and a Micro USB port. The phone measures 136.5 x 69 x 8.4 mm dimensions and weighs 129 grams.
